These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aerodocs application ("App") developed and operated by Aerocube ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2.1 You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In to access cloud features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2.2 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.3 You may delete your account at any time using the "Reset Account" feature in the App. This permanently deletes your cloud data and authentication record.
You agree not to:
4.1 You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the App (documents, notes, secrets, signatures).
4.2 By using cloud sync and sharing features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and process your content solely as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
4.3 We do not access, review, or use your content for any purpose other than providing and maintaining the service, except as required by law.
4.4 You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any content you store or share through the App.
The App offers basic functionality at no cost, supported by advertisements.
Premium features (cloud sync, encrypted backup, PDF tools, ad removal, priority support) require an active subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:
Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Additional cloud storage may be purchased as one-time in-app purchases. Storage allocations are non-transferable and tied to your account.
6.1 The App offers AI-powered document analysis using third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Generative AI). When you use this feature, the text content of your document is sent to these services for processing.
6.2 AI analysis results are provided "as is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output.
6.3 Do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers) to the AI analysis feature unless you accept the risk of third-party processing.
7.1 When you share a document with another user, that user gains access to the document and its metadata. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content.
7.2 We send email notifications to shared users via third-party email services. By sharing a document, you authorize us to send these notifications on your behalf.
8.1 The App provides optional security features including PIN lock, pattern lock, and biometric authentication. These features are provided for your convenience and are subject to the limitations of your device hardware and operating system.
8.2 We are not liable for unauthorized access to your content resulting from device compromise, weak credentials, or failure to enable available security features.
9.1 The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aerocube and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aerocube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerocube, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
13.2 You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
13.3 Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4.1, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or push notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aerocube regarding the App.
